Our project has been designed with the utmost attention to family privacy. While designing floor plans, bedrooms and balconies were especially taken into acoount that not to face each other.When construction finished, the noise pollution that may occur between the flats will have been minimized. Sound insulation will be made by using double brick + rock wool at the junction points of the flats. With these materials used, the sounds coming from the neighboring flatts will be prevented.
Pipe systems called Silent Pipes (Exhaust/Waste water pipes), which have been used in buildings recently, will be the FIRST to be implemented in GAZIPAŞA with our project. Silent pipes will increase sound absorption thanks to their special designs and prevent annoying drain water sounds.
